摘　　要：为了更好地指导"十二五"期间基础研究项目的组织和申报工作,文章对"十一五"期间天津市农业科学院的立项情况进行了汇总分析,指出了天津市农业科学院在农业基础研究中存在的问题,并提出了加强对基础研究的重视和支持、加强新技术和新思维的引进与培养以及加强仪器条件平台建设与完善等对策建议。In order to further guide the organization and application of basic research project in the ＂12th Five-Years Plan＂,the establishment of programs in Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences during ＂11th the five-year plan＂ was summarized and analyzed.Problems in agricultural basic researches were pointed out.Countermeasures were suggested,i.e.,paying more attention to and giving support to basic researches,strengthening introduction and training of new technology and thinking,and building perfect platform of experimental apparatus.
