电针丰隆穴早期干预金黄地鼠高脂血症的机制

摘　　要：目的:研究电针丰隆穴对金黄地鼠高脂血症的早期干预作用。方法:金黄地鼠随机分为A组(正常组)、B组(模型组)、C组(西药组)和D组(电针组),均喂普通饲料1周后,B、C及D组均给予高脂饲料喂养,同时C组加用阿托伐他汀钙片,D组加用电针丰隆穴。于实验前、实验24次后分别检测体质量,麻醉取腹主动脉血液测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的浓度。结果:治疗24次后B组与A、C及D组比较,体质量、血清TC、TG及LDL-C均明显升高,HDL-C明显降低(P<0.01);A、C、D 3组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:电针丰隆穴有早期干预金黄地鼠高脂血症形成作用,为临床针刺治疗高脂血症提供一定的理论依据。Objective： To investigate the early intervention with electrotherapy at Fenglong point to hyperlipidemia in golden hamsters.Methods： The golden hamsters were randomly divided into four groups： normal group,model group,western medicine intervention group and electroacupuncture（EA） intervention group,which were treated with normal forage,high fat forage,high fat forage and western medicine,and high fat forage and EA treatment,respectively.The body weight was measured in each animal before and after the treatment.After four courses of treatment,blood of abdominal aorta was obtained for detection of the contents of serum total cholesterol（TC）,triacylglycerol（TG）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）.Results： After four courses of treatment,as compared with normal group,the body weight,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were increased significantly（P0.01） and the levels of HDL-C lowed significantly（P0.01） in model group.As compared with model group,the body weight,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were increased significantly（P0.01） and the levels of HDL-C lowed significantly（P0.01） in western medicine intervention group and EA intervention group.Conclusion： The EA has early intervention effects on the formation of hyperlipidemia in golden hamsters.
