摘 要:将阳离子型的溴化1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑类离子液体(CnMImBr,n=4,8,12,14,16)用作腈纶染色的缓染剂,测定了在离子液体存在下腈纶的染色速率曲线及其染色动力学行为。研究表明,咪唑类离子液体对亚甲基蓝在腈纶上的染色速率、上染量的影响及其缓染能力与疏水性的烷基长度有关。疏水性相对较强的C12MImBr、CC14MImBr、CC16MImBr对腈纶染色具有很好的缓染作用,能明显地降低腈纶的平均染色速率,提高腈纶的染色转变温度。在合适的用量范围内,咪唑类离子液体对最终上染量影响较小。在加和不加咪唑类离子液体情况下,亚甲基蓝在腈纶上的恒温染色速率曲线更加符合Chrastil动力学模型;随着咪唑类离子液体烷基长度的增加,染色速率常数逐渐降低,染料的扩散活化能也呈下降趋势。Cationic 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (C.MImBr, n =4, 8, 12, 14, 16) imidazole ionic liquids are applied as retarding agents in acrylic dyeing. The dyeing rate curves and dyeing kinetics in the presence of C.MImBr are investigated. The results show that the effects of imidazole ionic liquids on dyeing rate, dye uptake and retarding action in acrylic dyeing with Methylene Blue depends on the length of hydrophobic alkyl groups in CnMImBr. C12MImBr, C14MImBr and C16MImBr with better hydrophobicity exhibit good retarding action in acrylic dyeing, and can reduce the average dyeing rate and increase the dyeing transition temperature of acrylic fiber. Imidazole ionic liquids with suitable concentration have little influence on the final dye uptake. The dyeing rate curves of acrylic dyeing with Methylene Blue are in accordance with the Chrastil model whether in the presence of imidazole ionic liquids or not. The dyeing rate constant and the activation energy of dye diffusion decrease with the increase in the length of alkyl groups in CnMImBr.
