摘 要:采用“热能回收.喷淋洗涤.湿式静电除尘”三级处理工艺对染整定形机进行废热回收与烟气净化,在不同工况条件下对染整定形机废气采样,并采用石油醚萃取和紫外分光光度法进行检测。结果表明,设备对油烟的净化效率达90%以上,废气中油烟浓度低于5mg/m^3。根据废热回收工程实施前后的热工条件,分别对废气减排部分和气/气换热部分的热能利用效果进行详细核算,综合节能效率大于10%。实施废气治理工程,染整企业可在节省燃料和回收油脂方面获得良好的经济收益,在1~2年时间内即可收回全套设备的工程投资。Industrial application of heat recovery-spraying rinse-wet electrostatic precipitator technology of a stenter in dyeing and finishing plant is carried out. Exhaust samples are collected at different operation conditions and tested with ultra-violet spectrophotometer after extraction with petroleum ether. The results show that the oil concentration is less than 5 mg/m^3 and oil removal percentage is 90% in purified air after treatment of the equipment. Energy saving efficiencies of discharge reduction of exhaust and air-to-air heat exchange are calculated based on the thermal analysis before and after the application, a total saving of more than 10% of fuel consumption for a stenter is achieved. With the potential benefits of fuel saving and waste oil recovery, the investment cost of the purification equipment can be recovered in 1 -2 years.
