摘 要:对年产1 000 t管道式反应过程进行了节能分析,利用中试相关数据,讨论了管道式连续化制备生物柴油能耗状况。结果表明,与传统釜式酯交换反应相比,管道式反应由于采用了共溶剂技术,使油脂酯交换反应时间由2 h缩短到20 min,大大缩短了反应周期,提高了生产工段安全性,使生物柴油产品综合能耗由釜式反应的28.669 kg/t(以标准煤计,下同),降到22.94 kg/t,降幅达20%,退税净利润为258.68元/t,具有较强的工业应用价值。The energy-saving for continuous pipeline process with capacity of 1 000 t/a was analyzed.According to the pilot data,the energy consumption of continuous pipeline process for biodiesel production was discussed.It was found that the reaction time was greatly reduced from two hours to twenty minutes by co-solvent technology compared with the traditional method.The reaction period was greatly reduced,and the safety of production process was improved.The total energy consumption as equivalent standard coal was reduced from 28.669 kg/t by kettle process to 22.94 kg/t by pipeline process.The ratio of energy saving was about 20 %.The net profit for prodution of biodiesel was 258.68 yuan/ t after tax refund.This pipeline technology has great prospect in industrial application.
