摘　　要：非遗档案信息化是近年来文化事业机构关注的重要工作之一。但由于目前尚未形成统一的规划和标准,多头管理、各自为政、重复建设的情况还较为严重,因此,需要从原则和方法两个层面进行规范。本文作者首先分析了非遗档案信息化建设的原则,将其概括为"统一领导,分级管理"、"维护‘本真’,适当优先"、"慎用技术,确保通用"、"重视效益,保障安全"四个方面。其次,作者从面向公众需求的非遗档案网站建设、面向长期保存的非遗档案数据库的整合两个方面论述了非遗档案信息化建设的方法。最后,作者从机制、标准和知识产权三个方面阐述了非遗档案信息化建设的注意事项。In recent years, the intangible cultural heritage archives informationization has become one important work in cultural institutions. At present, revenant standards and guidelines are various, the problems such as multifarious administra- tions and repeated construction are serious. So the intangible cultural heritage archives informationization construction should be normalized from the aspects of principles and methods. This paper firstly presents the principles of the intangible cultural heritage archives informationization construction, which are ＂unified leadership and decentralized administration＂ , ＂keeping original and proper priority＂,＂ taking general applicable techniques＂, and＂emphasizing efficiency and guaranteeing safety＂. Secondly, the authors offer the methods of the intangible cultural heritage archives informationization construction in two as- pects： the public-oriented intangible cultural heritage archives Web construction and the long-term preservation intangible cul- tural heritage archives database integration. At last, the authors discuss what should be noticed during the intangible cultural heritage archives informationization construction from mechanism, standards and intellectual property rights.
