摘 要:在HAc-NaAc介质中,铜与盐酸芦氟沙星(RH)形成稳定的络合物使其荧光产生明显的猝灭现象,由此建立了测定铜(的新方法。详细讨论了溶液酸度、表面活性剂、盐酸芦氟沙星的浓度和用量、试剂加入顺序对体系的影响,确定了最佳分析条件。结果表明,在测定波长520 nm处,铜(标准溶液浓度在2.25×10-8~2.5×10-6mol/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为9.6×10-9mol/L。方法用于实际水样分析,测定值与原子吸收光谱法的结果相一致,相对标准偏差为0.8%~1.6%。Copper could react with rufloxacin hydrochloride(RH) in HAc-NaAc medium to form stable complex,which generates obvious fluorescence quenching phenomenon.Based on this,a new determination method of copper was established.The effect of solution acidity,surfactant,concentration and dosage of RH,and the adding order of reagents on system were investigated,and the optimized analytical conditions were obtained.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity had good linearity with the concentration of copper standard solution in the range of 2.25×10-8-2.5×10-6 mol/L at measuring wavelength of 520 nm.The detection limit was 9.6×10-9 mol/L.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of actual water sample,and the determination results were consistent with those found by atomic absorption spectrometry.The relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.8 %-1.6 %.
