摘  要:目的:观察艾灸对大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复过程中相关血清蛋白质的差异表达。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、经穴组和非经穴组。将模型组、经穴组和非经穴组大鼠制成胃黏膜损伤模型,造模成功后,经穴组取梁门、足三里艾灸,非经穴组取以上两穴外侧旁开0.5 cm艾灸。治疗10 d后应用表面增强激光解吸离子化飞行时间质(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术筛选大鼠血清蛋白质的表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清有5个蛋白质峰差升高。与模型组比较,经穴组大鼠有3个蛋白质峰增高;非经穴组8个蛋白质峰增高,4个降低。与非经穴组比较,经穴组大鼠血清蛋白质峰4个增高,3个降低(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可促进胃黏膜损伤修复特异相关的蛋白质差异表达,且存在一定的经脉脏腑相关性。Objective:To study the differential expression proteins in serum derived from the rats with gastric mucosa lesion treated with moxibustion,and to provide scientific evidence for further explanation of the humoral mechanism of moxibustion effects.Methods:Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group,model group,ST meridian group and control meridian group.The SELDI-TOF-MS and weak cation exchanger(WCX2) proteinchip technology were used to detect the differentially expressed proteins.Results:Compared with those proteins in normal group,there were 5 differential expression protein peaks in model group.Compared with those proteins in model group,there were 3 differential expression protein peaks in ST meridian group,but there were 12 differential expression protein peaks in control meridian group.Compared with those proteins in control meridian group,there were 5 differential expression protein peaks in ST meridian group.Conclusion:There are differential expression proteins in serum derived from impaired gastric mucosal rats treated by moxibustion,which may have close relationship with the repair effects on gastric mucosal injury by moxibustion.
