摘 要:采用活性增容剂、固化剂、基质沥青和环氧树脂熔融共混,制备得到一种环氧沥青。讨论了固化剂含量对沥青和环氧树脂相容性、所制备的环氧沥青固化体系撕裂断面、力学性能及耐候性能的影响。研究发现,固化剂可以进一步将沥青以1μm大小的球状分散在环氧树脂中,所得到的环氧沥青固化体系撕裂断面呈层状(皮状)破裂。随着固化剂含量的增加,材料对钢板的粘结强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均先升高后降低,经冻融循环后,材料的各项力学强度降低幅度随固化剂含量的增加而降低。当固化剂含量为15~17份时,钢板的粘结强度为47.8MPa,拉伸强度最高可达1.94MPa,断裂伸长率为464%。A serious of epoxy-asphalts were prepared by active compatibilizer,flexible curing agent,pure asphalt and epoxy.The effects of curing agent on the compatibilities of epoxy-asphalt,torn section,mechanical properties and weather resistance performance were discussed in details.There were found,with the helping of curing agent,asphalt dispersed in epoxy resin at the size of about 1 μm,the torn section of epoxy-asphalt curing system was layered or skin-like fracture.Increasing curing agent,the bond strength,tensile strength and elongation at break had a trend of decline after rising.After a freeze-thaw cycle,the mechanical strength decreased.When curing agent was 15~17 phr,the bond strength was 47.8 MPa,tensile strength was up to 1.94 MPa,and elongation at break was 464%.
