摘 要:我国燃煤电厂普遍面临煤质变化大、燃烧效率低、煤耗高的问题,正确评价煤质和预测煤粉燃尽性意义重大。依据电厂锅炉实际燃烧状况,基于工业分析和煤岩特征的两类燃尽性评价指数表明,工业分析中的挥发分、内在水和发热量,以及煤岩组成中镜质组、壳质组和部分惰质组等活性组分的含量对燃尽性的影响尤为重要,粒度有不容忽略的作用,据此构建起的燃尽性综合评价指数SI2与飞灰可燃物含量有很好的相关性。Problems of big variation in coal quality,low combustion efficiency and large coal consumption are faced by most coal-fired power plants in China.It is important for these plants to precisely valuate coal quality and to predict its combustion efficiency.According to coal combustion in a real boiler of power plant,two type indexes that were respectively based on proximate analysis and coal petrographic characteristics were used to valuate pulverized-coal combustion efficiency.Results showed that volatile matter,inherent moisture and calorific value were significant as proximate analysis was considered,and that active maceral(vitrinite,exinite and partial inertinite) content was of significant as coal petrographic characteristics were concerned.Additionally,pulverized-coal size was unnegligible.Then a synthetic index(SI2) which showed good correlation with unburnt carbon content in fly ash was proposed for the valuation of coal combustion efficiency.
