国产腹膜透析双联系统对降低腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价国产腹膜透析双联系统对降低腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的效果。方法选择保持随访的腹膜透析患者358例,随机分为2组:分别使用进口与国产腹膜透析双联系统的两组患者,对比两组患者腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的感染率和平均感染间隔时间。结果两组患者在观察期间的感染率分别为28.7%与27.3%,平均感染间隔时间为26.9±14.2个月与27.2±13.8个月,两组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在降低腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的效果上,国产腹膜透析双联系统与进口腹膜透析双联系统无差异。Objective To evaluate the effects of domestic twin-bag system applied to reduce the CAPD-related peritonitis.Methods Totally 358 CAPD patients were collected and divided into 2 groups randomly,be applied imported and domestic twin-bag system respectively.The differences of the incidence rate of peritonitis and the average interval between infections were compared and analyzed.Results No significant difference was found between two groups in the incidence rate of peritonitis（28.7%,27.3%） and the average interval between infections（26.9±14.2 months,27.2±13.8 months）（P0.05）.Conclusion The domestic twin-bag systems had the same effects of reducing the CAPD-related peritonitis incidence as the imported system.
