摘　　要：目的探讨锁定T形钢治疗桡骨远端骨折手法复位后再移位的疗效。方法对22例桡骨远端骨折手法复位后再移位的患者采用切开复位锁定T形钢板内固定治疗。结果术后22例全部获得随访,平均13.5个月(3～24个月),根据骨折愈合和腕关节功能恢复情况,按改良Mcbride腕关节功能评价标准评价治疗效果,优良率达90.9%。结论切开复位锁定T形钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折手法复位后再移位患者,方法可靠,减轻了患者重新复位的痛苦,避免了再次复位后进一步发生移位的可能性,保证骨折的一期愈合,使腕关节获得良好的功能。Objective To explore the effect of locking T-plate therapy for the distal radius fractures displacement after manual reposition.Method Tweenty-two patients with distal radius fractures displacement after manual reposition received the treatment of locking T-plate interior fixation.Results All 22 cases were followed up,lasted average 13.5 months（3-24 months）,according to the situation of fracture healing and wrist joint function,and the effects were evaluated by improved Mcbride wrist function standards,with an excellent or good rate of 90.9%.Conclusion Locking T-plate interior fixation in treating distal radius fractures displacement after manual reposition is reliable,which can relieve patient＇s pain,ensure fractures primary healing,and make wrist joints recovered perfectly.
