摘　　要：针对现代电子系统中预偏置电压保护与电压边际界限的情况,提出了一种应用于DC/DC数字控制芯片的预偏置电压保护与电压边际界限功能模块的设计。利用CPLD验证该模块的正确性,实现了预偏置电压保护与电压边际界限功能。This paper presents a new digital solution of pre-biased voltage protection and voltage margining which used in DC-DC converter,regarding to the case of the modern electronic system.The proposed circuit of pre-biased voltage protection and voltage margining features is achieved by the platform based on Complex Programmable Logic Device（CPLD）.The experimental results show the correctness of the digital solution.
