摘　　要：在研究三阶电荷泵锁相环系统的相位传输模型及相位传输函数的基础上,利用一元二次不等式方程的实数根判别式,建立影响系统稳定性的参数方程,计算确定了在保证环路相位裕度大于60°条件下,三阶电荷泵锁相环路稳定性因子(二阶滤波比率m、系统衰减因子ζ)及二阶滤波电容C1、C2的取值方法,并给出了稳定性因子及C1、C2在一定范围内的具体数值表,对同类环路的设计具有一定的指导意义。The parameter equation of influencing the systematical stability is established by studying phase transfer model and function of third-order charge pump phase-locked loop system and using real root discriminant for unitary quadratic function inequality equation.The generating ways of third-order phase-locked loop stability factor（second-order filter ration m and system attenuation factor ζ） in ensuring the margin of the loop phase more than 60° conditions are calculated and determined,and the concrete numerical tables of the stability factor and C1,C2 within a certain range are given,which have certain directive significance for the design of similar phase-locked loop.
