摘　　要：在论述生态需水具有客观性的基础上,讨论并界定了生态需水的内涵。生态需水是指维持特定时空范围内生态健康发展、实现特定生态目标所需的水量。生态健康是指一个生态系统所具有的稳定性和可持续性,生态健康标准是一个人类标准。生态需水是一个涉及人类价值观的概念,生态系统处于健康状态的需水量应该是一个范围,而非一个固定的数值。生态需水因系统内外因子的变化而不同,生态需水研究的最终目的是通过调控水资源来维持生态系统健康、可持续。On the objective basis of the discussion of ecological water requirement,the connotation of ecological water requirement was discussed and defined in this paper.Ecological water requirement refers to the amount of water need to maintain the development of ecosystem health in the special temporal and special range,and achieves certain ecological goals.Ecology health is its stability and sustainability of an ecological system which has human standards.The problem of ecological water requirement is complex.It involves the concept of human values.It should be a range,not a fixed value.Ecological water requirement varies due to the internal and external factors of ecosystem.The ultimate purpose on the research of ecological water requirement is to maintain ecosystem health and sustainabililty by managing water resource.
