小城市交通拥堵缓解对策研究——以福建宁德市蕉城区为例

摘　　要：根据宁德市蕉城区交通拥堵现况,分析了造成城市交通拥堵的成因,并据此提出了规划先行、公交优先、加强建管、增建车场、调控公车、科技治堵、绿色出行等缓解对策。According to investigation on the traffic situation in Downtown Ningde,the author reveals the reason for the heavy traffics.Further more some advise has been put forward,including emphasizing importance of city plan,bus priority,strengthing traffic management,building more parking lots,using traffic management technology and promoting low carbon travel.
