摘 要:为了研究相继增压柴油机在切换点工况下只有1台增压器工作(1TC)和2台增压器同时工作(2TC)的排放对比情况,应用GT-POWER和STAR-CD软件对其进行了多维数值模拟研究.着重对同工况下1TC和2TC的缸内温度场、排放物浓度场等参数进行对比分析,并给出了缸内压力曲线、放热率曲线以及缸内温度曲线.计算结果表明,由于1TC的进气压力大、进气量充足、混合气形成更均匀、燃烧更完全,因此1TC的缸内平均压力高于2TC,缸内平均温度低于2TC,缸内NOx和SOOT的浓度均小于2TC.In order to study the difference of the emissions between 1TC and 2TC under the switching condition,a multi-dimensional numerical simulation model for the sequential turbo charging(STC) diesel engine was established by the software STAR-CD.The initial boundary condition of the model was calculated by the GT-POWER method.Based on the model,the cylinder temperature field and the emissions concentration field were compared when one or two turbos were operating in the same working condition.The curve of pressure inside cylinder,the curve of heat release rate and the curve of temperature inside cylinder were given.The model results showed that both the intake flowrate and pressure of 1TC were increased;the mixture formation of 1TC was more homogeneous and combustion was more complete than in the 2TC.Therefore,the average cylinder pressure of 1TC was higher than for 2TC,the average cylinder temperature of 1TC was lower than for 2TC,and the NOx and soot emissions were less than in 2TC.
