摘 要:使用有限元分析来说明所研究的圆筒永磁直线电机推力波动主要是由齿槽力引起的.为削弱该电机的齿槽力,采用了一种基于能量法和傅里叶分解的解析法对电机齿槽力进行分析,据此提出优化电机初级长度和极弧系数来减少电机齿槽力.在解析法研究基础上,采用遗传算法,选取定子槽宽和槽高,永磁体径向长度作为优化变量,齿槽力,气隙平均磁密和永磁体用量作为目标函数进行综合优化.利用有限元法对其验证,通过抽油机实际测试,证明所提方法是正确有效的.结果表明,电机齿槽力和永磁体用量大大减少,电机推力有所增加,优化取得良好效果.The finite element analysis was used to demonstrate that cogging force is the main cause of force ripples in tubular permanent magnet linear motors.To reduce the cogging force in the motors,an analytical method based on an energy method and a Fourier series expansion was proposed to analyze the motor's cogging force,taking the optimization of primary length and the pole-arc coefficient into account.On the basis of the analytical method,using a genetic algorithm,the primary slot width and slot height were selected,and the permanent magnet's radial length was set as the optimization variable.The cogging force,air gap flux density,and the average amount of permanent magnets as the target function were used to complete the comprehensive optimization.The validity of the proposed method was verified by finite element analysis as well as by the test of the pumping unit,and the method was suitable for cogging reduction.The result shows that the cogging force and the amount of permanent magnets were clearly reduced,and the thrust of the motor was increased,allowing for a satisfactory optimization result.
