摘 要:依据漳河水库流域1963—2008年社会经济及自然环境变化等基本资料,分析了区域内社会经济概况、水资源量、水资源开发利用与水环境现状,阐述了生态环境变化对水资源开发的影响。流域地区未来降雨量和径流量将呈缓慢下降的变化趋势,但7月的径流量变化趋势的随机性成份可能很大,因此采取相应对策和措施,以应对未来可能出现的干旱或暴雨洪涝等自然灾害。以1995年为突变点,前后两个系列的统计特征值均具有明显的差异,已经不符合"一致性"的要求。流域污染主要与矿产资源的过度开发和环境保护措施不当有关。流域人类活动日趋频繁,使得流域下垫面条件发生了较大的变化,对入库径流量有较大的影响。Based on the natural environmental,socio-economic and demographic data,in Zhanghe Reservoir watershed from 1963 to 2008,the authors analyze socio-economic profile in the region,water resources,development and utilization of water resources and state of water environment.They also describe the effect of the change of ecological environment on the development of water resources.Rainfall and runoff take on a slowly decreasing trend in coming period.However,in July,the trend of runoff may have a large randomicity in the basin.So the authors should take the appropriate strategies and measures to deal with the natural disaster such as drought,rainstorm,flood and so on which may happen in the future.The aberrance year of the runoff sequence was 1995.There are significant differences between the statistical eigenvalues of the two sequences divided by 1995.It does not meet the consistency requirement.River pollution is mainly related to over-exploitation of mineral resources and inappropriate environmental protection measures.More frequently human activities have changed the underlying surface condition greatly and have a great influence on inflow runoff.
