中医时间疗法与中西药联合治疗对晚期胃癌生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中医时间疗法与中西药联合治疗对晚期胃癌生存质量的影响。方法:将80例晚期胃癌随机平均分成两组,治疗组采用健脾扶正汤联合草酸铂方案的择时用药疗法,对照组采用健脾扶正汤联合草酸铂方案常规化疗的非择时用药。结果:两组生存质量调查问卷评分比较,治疗组躯体功能,角色功能、情绪功能、物理症状及整体健康状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而认知功能、社会功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后临床症状缓解情况比较,治疗组疗后疼痛、乏力、食欲不振、腹泻较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);对照组治疗后较治疗前症状有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾扶正汤联合草酸铂方案时辰化疗治疗晚期胃癌能稳定瘤体,改善临床症状,缓解疼痛而达到"带瘤生存"的目的。Objective：To observe the influence on life quality of advanced gastric cancer patients treated with TCM timing therapy combined with Chinese and western medicines.Methods： 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,The treatment group was treated with timing of medication of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction combined with oxaliplatin,while the control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy program of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction combined with oxaliplatin and the timing of medication was not adopted.Results： Comparison of questionnaire scores in life quality between two groups showed that the physical function,role function,emotional function,physical symptoms and overall health status in the treatment group were better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,while the differences of cognitive function and social function were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Comparison of the relieved situation of clinical symptoms between two groups before and after treatment showed that pain,fatigue,loss of appetite and diarrhea were significantly improved compared with the situation before the treatment（P〈0.05）;symptoms in the control group were improved,but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Comparison of toxic and side effects of the two groups showed the effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The timing chemotherapy medication of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction combined with oxaliplatin for advanced gastric cancer can stabilize the tumor,improve clinical symptoms,relieve pain,achieve the aim of surviving with the existence of tumor
