摘　　要：目的:总结中药复方对胃癌细胞株体外实验研究的概况。方法:对近十年的相关文献进行收集、整理、归纳、总结与分析。结果:中药复方可通过对胃癌细胞株的毒性作用、影响细胞生长周期、抑制端粒酶活性、影响增殖和凋亡的相关基因表达、抑制胃癌细胞转移,影响信号传导通路等途径,直接或间接诱导胃癌细胞凋亡或抑制胃癌细胞增殖。结论:中药复方对胃癌细胞株体外实验达到体外抗肿瘤的效果。Objective：To summarize the profile of progression in the in vitro experimental study on gastric cancer cell strains treated by prescriptions made of Chinese herbs.Methods： The related literature over the past decade were collected,organized,summarized and analyzed.Results： It was shown that prescription made of Chinese herbs could inhibit cancer cell metastasis and affect signal conducting pathways by exerting toxic effects on gastric cancer cells,affecting cell cycles,inhibiting telomerase activity and affecting related gene expression of proliferation and apoptosis,thus directly or indirectly inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells or inhibiting proliferation of gastric cancer cells.Conclusion： In vitro experiment on gastric cancer cell strains shows that prescriptions made of Chinese herbs could achieve the in vitro anti-tumor effect.
