中西医结合疗法对肝癌生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液联合肝动脉化疗栓塞疗法对肝癌生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:60例患者随机分成2组,各30例,均采用肝动脉插管化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗,治疗组加用艾迪注射液治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组临床证候改善率分别为86.7%、60.0%;生活质量提高稳定率分别为80.0%、53.3%;生存期>12个月的生存率分别占66.7%、40.0%;2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均升高(P<0.05),CD8+降低(P<0.05、P<0.01);且2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾迪注射液可提高晚期原发性肝癌患者机体免疫功能,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,延长生存期。Objective：To observe the influence on the quality of life and immune function of liver cancer patients treated with Aidi Injection combined with TACE therapy.Methods： 60 patients,who were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group,were all given TACE.The treatment group was additionally given Aidi Injection.Results： The total clinical syndrome improvement rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 60.0% respectively;stability rates for improved quality of life were 80.0% and 53.3% respectively;survival rates of surviving for more than 12 months were 66.7% and 40.0% respectively;comparison between tow group showed there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.2 The ratio of T-lymphocyte subsets such as CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ were all increased after the treatment（P〈0.05）,while CD8＋ decreased（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;and comparison between the two group showed the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Aidi Injection can improve immune function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and prolong survival time of patients with advanced primary liver cancer
