运用中医辨证量表探索轻度认知障碍的中医证候规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者的中医证候特点,为中医干预治疗提供辨证依据。方法:参照目前国际公认的MCI诊断标准,筛选出252例MCI患者,运用辨证量表确立五种证型,并根据量表评分进行辨证分析。结果:证候分布上肾精亏虚证143例,气血不足证107例,痰浊阻络证65例,瘀血阻络证37例,肝阳上亢证36例。其中单纯虚证120例,单纯实证52例,虚实夹杂证80例。结论:MCI病属本虚标实,以肾精亏虚为主,其次为气血不足,兼痰湿血瘀等,治疗以健脾补肾益气为本,祛痰活血通络治标。Objective：To investigate the TCM characteristics of mild cognitive impairment（MCI）,and to provide evidences of syndromes differentiation for traditional Chinese medical intervention and treatment.Methods： Referring to current international acknowledged diagnostic standard of MCI,252 patients with MCI were screened.Five syndrome-types were distinguished through the use of syndrome differentiation scale and analyzed according to the scale scoring.Results： The distribution of TCM syndromes showed tha there were 143 cases of kidney essence deficiency,107 cases of qi and blood deficiency,65 cases of phlegm and tumor obstructing the collaterals,37 cases of blood stagnation obstructing the collaterals,36 cases of hyperactivity of liver-yang.Among them,there were 120 cases of simple deficiency syndrome,52 cases of simple excess syndrome and 80 cases of deficiency-excess complex syndrome.Conclusion ： MCI is originally asthenia and manifested as sthenia with the deficiency of kidney essence as the main aspect,qi and blood deficiency as the secondary aspect and phlegm and blood stagnation as the combined syndrome.The treatment is to strengthen our foundation by activating the spleen and supplementing the kidney and qi and to alleviate the symptoms by eliminating the phlegm and promoting blood circulation to remove obstructions in meridians
