针刺对D-半乳糖复制阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠脑组织中β-AP、Tau蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺对D-半乳糖复制阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠脑组织中β-AP、Tau蛋白表达影响。方法:对动物模型,选取百会、大椎、肾俞、太溪、足三里等穴,运用电针仪刺激20 min,强度以大鼠肢体轻度抖动为度。结果:模型组与空白对照组相比,大鼠体质量有显著性差异(P<0.05),大鼠脑组织中β-AP含量明显增高,(P<0.01),模型组Tau蛋白含量明显增多(P<0.01);针刺组与模型组比较,大鼠体质量减轻无明显变化(P>0.05),提示针刺干预对改善老年痴呆大鼠体质量减轻症状疗效并不显著,大鼠脑组织中β-AP含量明显下降(P<0.01);针刺组Tau蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:针刺能够阻断β-淀粉样多肽合成和沉积,并能抑制微管理相关蛋白Tau蛋白表达,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective：To explore the impact of acupuncture on expressions of β -AP and tau protein in rat brmn tissue ruth Alzhelmer disease duplicated by D -galactose . Methods： To stimulate rats on the aeupoints such as baihui, dazhui, shenshu, taixi and zusanli with electro- aeupunture apparatus for 20s till rats＇ limbs quivered slightly. Results： Compared with the control group, the weights in the model group were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05） and levels of 13 -AP and tau protein in rat brain tissues increased obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Compared with the model group, loss of rat weights in the acupuncture group were unobvious （ P 〈 0.05 ） and levels of β - AP and tan protein in mice brain tissue reduced obviously（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture can block synthesis and sedimentation of β -AP and inhibit expressions of tan protein, however, its mechanism needs a further research.
