常用妇科中药治疗前列腺炎、前列腺增生的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨常用妇科中药对前列腺炎、前列腺增生的治疗作用。方法:分析妇科常用中药治疗前列腺炎、前列腺增生的理论可行性;总结分析益母草、泽兰、香附、红花、乌鸡白凤丸与治疗前列腺炎、前列腺增生的临床及相关实验研究。结果:益母草、泽兰、红花、香附、乌鸡白凤丸治疗前列腺炎及前列腺增生有较好的疗效,缺少单味中药或乌鸡白凤丸治疗前列腺炎、前列腺增生的药理作用及机制研究。结论:常用妇科中药治疗前列腺炎、前列腺增生有疗效,可为相关临床和研究提供新的思路和方法。Objective ：To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of commonly used gynecological Chinese herbs in treating prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： The theoretical feasibility of applying common gynecological Chinese herbs in treating prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia was analyzed. The clinical and relative experimental researches on Yimucao, Zelan, Xiangfu, Honghua, Wuji Baifeng Pill in the treatment of prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia was summarized and analyzed. Results ： Yimucao, Zelan, Xiangfu, Honghua, Wuji Baifeng Pill showed good efficacy in treating prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia, but the researches on the pharmaco- logical action and mechanism of single Chinese herb or Wuji Baifeng Pill in treating prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia was not conduce ted. Conclusion： Commonly used gynecological Chinese herbs are effective in treating prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia, which could provide new thoughts and methods for related clinical practices and researches.
