中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨痛风饮配合醋氯芬酸钠治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将32例患者随机分为两组,治疗组16例口服痛风饮;对照组16例口服苯溴马隆。结果:降低血尿酸方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),改善临床症状方面两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痛风饮治疗痛风性关节炎有良好临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongfeng Yin combined with Aceclofenac in treating gouty arthritis. Methods： 32 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 16 cases of the treatment group were given an oral administration of Tongfeng Yin, while 16 cases of the control group were given an oral administration of benzbromarone. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in lowering blood uric acid （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in improving clinical symptoms between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongfeng Yin has a good clinical efficacy.
