清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:88例血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为2组,每组各44例。对照组采用阿维A酯,口服;治疗组在对照组基础上加用清凉解毒汤。2组均8周为1疗程。治疗期间注意预防感染和外伤,忌食辛辣腥膻发物,戒烟酒,多食新鲜蔬菜、水果,避免过度紧张劳累,忌泡热水澡。结果:治疗组1例脱落,43例中,临床痊愈17例,显效16例,有效6例,无效4例,有效率为90.70%,;对照组2例脱落,42例中,临床痊愈8例,显效14例,有效7例,无效13例,有效率为69.05%;两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;结论:清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病有较好的临床效果。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qingre Jiedu Decoction Combined with Etretinate, Tigason in treating psoriasis vulgaris of accumulation of inward blood - heat type. Methods： 88 cases of psoriasis vulgaris of accumulation of inward blood - heat type were randomly divided into 2 groups with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given the oral administration of Etretinate, Tigason, while the treatment group was given Qingre Jiedu Decoction based on the medication of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks as a course of treatment. During the treatment, attention should be paid to the prevention of infection and trauma. Spicy food and alcohol were forbidden; the intake of more fresh vegetables and fruits were encouraged; excessive tension and stress as well as hot tubs were avoided. Results ： One case in the treatment group dropped out of the research. _Among 43 cases, 17 cases were cured; 16 cases were markedly effective; 6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective with an efficacy rate of 90.70%. Two cases in the control group dropped out of the research. Among 42 cases, 8 cases were cured; 14 cases were markedly effective;7 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective with an efficacy rate of 69.050%. Thre were significant difference in the efficacies of the two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group. Qingre Jiedu Decoction Combined with Etretinate, Tigason can achieve great clinical effects in treating psoriasis vulgaris of accumulation of inward blood - heat type.
