痤疮净配合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮净配合中药面膜治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:86例痤疮患者,辨证分为肺经风热、湿热蕴结、痰湿凝结3型,以痤疮净加减内服配合中药面膜倒模术。结果:肺经风热型疗效最好,湿热蕴结型次之,痰湿凝结型最差,有效率为92%。结论:痤疮净合中药面膜治疗痤疮具有良好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Cuochuangjing combined with facial mask of Chinese medicine in treating acne. Methods ： 86 cases of acne were differentiated into three syndromes, wind - heat in the lung meridian syndrome, accumulation of heat and dampness syndrome and condensation of dampness and phlegm syndrome. The patients were given oral administration of modified Cuochuangjing combined with mold technique of facial mask of Chinese medicine. Results ： The efficacy for wind - heat in the lung meridian syndrome was the best, followed by accumulation of heat and dampness syndrome and the efficacy for condensation of dampness and phlegm syndrome was the worst with an effective rate of 92%. Conclusion： Cuochuangjing combined with facial mask of Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy in treating acne.
