综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例患者均采用水针刀松解,配合颈椎牵引,TDP神灯照射疗法治疗。结果:60例患者中,治愈25例,显效18例,有效15例,无效2例,有效率96.7%。结论:综合治疗治疗神经根型颈椎病,能更好地消除无菌性炎症,解除局部组织对神经根的压迫和束缚,从而达到治疗目的。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with combined treatment. Methods： 60 patients were treated with water acupointomology combined with cervical vertebrae traction and TDP infrared radiation. Results： After the treatment, among 60 patients, 25 cases were cured; 18 cases were excellent; 15 eases were effective; 2 cases were invalid. Conclusion ： Combined therapy with a variety of methods for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can eliminate aseptic inflammation and relieve the oppression and bondage caused by local tissue on the nerve root, thus reaching the therapeutic purposes.
