摘　　要：利用外资与我国产业结构优化二者的关系研究是当今学术界的重要研究领域。文章结合往年外商直接投资在我国三大产业的投资数量,分析了外商直接投资在我国三大产业间的分布状况,并运用计量经济学模型对我国GDP与FDI进行了简单的回归分析,分析表明:总的FDI促进了我国GDP增长;第二产业FDI对我国GDP增长的贡献最大,第三产业FDI对我国GDP增长的贡献次之,第一产业FDI对我国总的GDP增长的贡献最小。The relationship between the use of foreign capital and optimization of industrial structure is an important research field.This paper analyze the distribution of Foreign Direct Investment in China among the three major industries,based on foreign direct investment of previous years,and uses an econometric model about GDP and FDI in China to do simple regression analysis.The result is as follows： the total FDI promotes the growth of GDP;FDI of the second industry makes the largest contribution to GDP growth,the tertiary industry is the second,and the first industry is minimum.
