摘　　要：《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》的颁布实施为我国发展循环经济提供了法律保障,但实践中仍然存在立法不够完善、执法面临障碍、司法不到位等许多缺陷。因此,需要我们进一步加强循环经济立法,明确监管部门责任,健全经济诉讼制度,不断完善我国循环经济的法律保障。The ＂Circular Economy Promotion Law of the PRC＂ provides legal guarantee for the circular economy in China. But in practice, there are a lot of defects such as legislation for it law-enforcement facing obstacles, and judicature being out of place. It is, therefore, necessary to system for the circular economy by further perfecting legislation, making clear the responsibilities departments, and improving the economic procedure system. development of a being imperfect, improve the legal of the supervision
