摘　　要：配电网规划是要在保证基本的供电可靠性的前提下,满足负荷增长的需要,并做到经济环保。介绍了国家电网公司制订的《国家电网公司"十二五"配电网规划》的思路、规划重点、供电区域划分、规划目标、主要技术原则,具体分析了以青岛供电公司和南京供电公司作为试点,开展面向供电可靠性的配电网规划的研究工作,力求对今后配电规划工作的发展有所帮助。The purpose of the distribution network planning is to satisfy the load rise, be economical and envi- ronment-friendly on the precondition of ensuring the power supply reliability. The guideline, key points of planning, power supply region dividing, planning target and major technical principle of ＂The Twelfth Five- Year-Plan＂ Distribution Network Planning of State Grid, issued by State Grid are introduced. The pilot pro- jects in Qingdao and Nanjing Power Supply Company are analyzed in detail. Research on distribution network planning focusing on power supply reliability has been conducted, in order to be helpful to distribution planning in the future.
