摘　　要：对变电站巡视管理方案进行优化是解决巡视工作量大、提高巡视质量的有效途径。以上海市电力公司市北供电分公司为例,分析了变电站巡视管理的现状,介绍了变电站优化巡视管理的意义和优化巡视管理方案的构建过程和应用,并根据评估结果进行评估方案调整,变电站优化巡视管理方案的实施应用取得了良好的实际效果。To optimize the substation patrol management scheme is an effective way to reduce the patrol work- load and improve the patrol quality. Taking Shibei Power Supply Company, SMEPC as example, the current situation of the substation patrol management is analyzed, the importance of substation patrol management optimization and its constructing process and application are presented. According to the assessing result and assessing scheme adjustment, its application has made desirable performance in practice.
