摘 要:采用间歇非稳定法测定反应器的氧传质系数,考察了反应器的最大吸气量,探讨了吸气量、循环水量等因素对氧传质系数的影响,测定了膜组件加入前后的氧传质系数的大小,并与已有的生化反应器进行了比较.试验结果表明:装置的最大吸气量可达到0.67 m3/h;随着吸气量和循环水量的增加,氧传质系数不断增加;膜组件的加入对氧传质系数的影响非常小,与已有的生化反应器比较,喷射环流膜生物反应器(Jet Loop Membrane Bioreactor,JLMBR)在氧传质方面具有明显的优势.所得结果可以为该类反应器的放大设计提供借鉴.Intermission unsteady method was used to measure oxygen mass transfer coefficient.The biggest suction of bioreactor was examined.The influences of suction and liquid circulation on oxygen mass transfer coefficient were discussed.The oxygen mass transfer coefficients were measured of both the bioreactors with and without the membrane installed.Comparison was made among the existing bioreactors.The results show that the biggest suction can reach 0.67 m3/h.Oxygen mass transfer coefficient increase gradually as suction and liquid circulation increase.The membrane has little effect on oxygen mass transfer coefficient.JLMBR has obvious advantage over the existing bioreactors.It provides the theoretical basis for design and scaling up of the reactor.
