摘  要:以锆英石为原料、Y2O3为稳定剂,采用常压烧结工艺,制备了系列的硅酸锆陶瓷,并利用阿基米德法、维氏硬度法、XRD和SEM技术分别对硅酸锆陶瓷的密度、物相变化和显微结构进行了表征.结果表明,不同配比样品的密度随烧结温度的增加仅有较小幅度的增加,随着Y2O3添加量的增加样品维氏硬度先增大再减小,温度升高有助于硬度的提高,样品的物相均由ZrSiO4和稳定ZrO2组成,Y2O3添加量的增加促进了ZrSiO4的分解和稳定ZrO2的生成,气孔及稳定ZrO2的存在是影响材料密度的重要因素.A series of Zirconium Silicate ceramics were fabricated using zircon as raw material and Y2O3 as stabilizer by pressureless sintering.Archimedes method,Vickers hardness method,XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize the bulk density,phase changes and microstructures of the Zirconium Silicate ceramic respectively.The results show that with the increasing of sintering temperature,the density of the specimen with different Y2O3 content was increased indistinctively.With the increase of Y2O3 content,the Vickers hardness of the samples increased first and then decreased,and high temperature enhances the hardness.All samples were composed of ZrSiO4 and stabilized ZrO2.Increasing the Y2O3content can promote the decomposition of ZrSiO4 and formation of steady ZrO2.The porosity and stabilized ZrO2 have a significant influence on the density of Zirconium Silicate ceramics.
