摘　　要：工程中经常会碰到由不同材质材料组成的多层复杂结构,对其进行应力分析极其繁琐,且误差较大.磷酸反应槽拱壁的设计施工工艺复杂,内部应力经常造成施工裂纹.通过合理简化,利用ANSYS软件进行模拟分析,为解决这种多层复杂结构的设计施工提供一种新的思路.Traditional stress analysis method for the complicated structure is extremly cumbersome and often cause error.Phosphoric acid reactor is the typically model of this complicated structure and it can be destroyed by inner stress easily.ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to take analysis this model in this paper and provides a new analysis method is provided for this complicated structure.
