摘 要:本文提出了金刚石合成的二阶段升温升压工艺,讨论了各工艺参数(暂停时间、台阶功率、台阶压力)对粉末触媒高温高压合成优质金刚石单晶的影响,并对实验现象进行了分析,确立了高品级金刚石的合成工艺。实验结果表明:暂停时间长短影响成核的数量,暂停时间长金刚石产量低,暂停时间短金刚石产量高,但晶形较差;随着台阶功率的增加,金刚石的成核量和产量呈减少趋势;台阶压力的高低影响成核的多寡,台阶压力低,成核少,合成温度偏低,台阶压力高,成核多,金刚石晶形差。实践证实该工艺更有利于腔体的温度稳定。A diamond synthesis technology of two-step pressure-rising and temperature-increasing was put forward in this paper.Influences of technology parameters,such as pause duration,power and pressure steps,upon diamond synthesis with powder catalyst at high pressure and high temperature(HPHT) were discussed,and the experiment phenomena were analyzed.Furthermore,the technology for high grade diamonds synthesis was established.The results showed that pause duration affected the quantity of diamond nucleus.Longer pause time led to lower diamond yield,while shorter pause time led to higher yield of diamond,but in poorer crystal shape.The diamond nucleus and yield were inclined to decrease with step power increasing.The diamond nucleus would also be affected by step pressure.The diamond nucleus was fewer at low pressure step and the resultant low synthesis temperature.Higher pressure step resulted in more diamond nucleus,but the diamond crystal morphology became poor.
