摘　　要：科学技术是第一生产力,同时也是加强国际竞争力,提高综合国力,推动国民经济持续增长的根本动力。文章分析了我国科技投入机制存在的问题,就如何有效完善我国科技投入机制进行了深入探讨,具有一定的参考价值。Science and technology constitute a primary productive force, while they are also the radical motivations to improve a country＇s international competitiveness, comprehensive national strength and promote the increase of national economics continuously. The paper analyzes the problems in China＇s technological investment system, expounds how to effectively improve it, which is meaningful.
