摘　　要：介绍了修订现行国家标准GB 151—1999《管壳式换热器》时,对固定式换热器管板设计中的应力计算与校核方法的改进意见。管板应力计算方法的改进提高了计算精度并更便于使用。针对带膨胀节换热器固定管板的设计增加了两种校核工况。An improved method of stress analysis for fixed tubesheets is proposed in order to modify the China national standard GB 151—1999＂Tubular Heat Exchangers＂.The accuracy is raised by the improvement,which is more convenient for application.Besides,two design loading cases are added to the design loading conditions for the fixed tubesheets of exchanger with expansion joint.
