摘 要:目的建立中药百合的HPLC指纹图谱。方法收集产地湖南的百合11批,用80%乙醇水浴回流提取1 h,高效液相法测定指纹图谱,试验以薯蓣皂苷为对照品。乙腈-0.5%H3PO4二元梯度洗脱,体积流量1 mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为205 nm。采用相似度软件(2004药典版)对百合药材指纹图谱进行相似度分析。结果 11批百合药材指纹图谱共确立了13个共有峰,批之间的相似度均在0.9~1.0之间。结论该方法可较全面的反映百合的化学成分,为百合药材的质量控制提供了有效的方法。AIM To establish a fingerprint method of Lilium brownii.METHODS Eleven batches of Lilium brownie were collected from Hunan province,and extracted with 80% ethanol for 1 h in refluxing process.The fingerprints were detected by HPLC.The diosgenin was used as reference marker,and Diamonsil C18 column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5%H3PO4(binary gradient elution) were adopted with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was room temperature.Detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.Semblance software was used to analyse the similarity of Lilium Brownii.RESULTS Thirteen common peak were obtained from samples of Lilium brownii,the similarity coefficient of Lilium brownii fingerprint stood at 0.9 and 1.0.CONCLUSION The established fingerprint can be useful in quality control of the crud drug of Lilium Brownii.
