摘 要:目的建立测定椒目仁油中油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸的方法。方法采用十四酸作为内标物,使用氢氧化钾甲醇溶液将椒目仁油中不饱和脂肪酸甲酯化,再用气相色谱法测定椒目仁油中油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸。结果油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸浓度分别在0.92~13.60 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)1、.15~16.96 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)、2.02~29.94 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸平均加样回收率及RSD值分别为98.34%与0.26%、98.43%与0.56%9、8.35%与0.43%(n=6);3批椒目仁油中油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸的平均质量分数分别为19.25%2、7.22%、33.26%。结论本方法简便易行,准确稳定可靠、重复性好,因此,可以作为椒目仁油的质量控制方法。AIM To establish a GC method for determing the contents of oleic acid,linoleic acid and α-octadecatrienoic acid in the seed oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.METHODS Using tetradeconic acid as internal standard,and methylesterification of seed oil was carried out in potassium-methanol solution,then GC analysis was adopted.RESULTS Oleic acid,linoleic acid and α-octadecatrienoic acid had good linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.92-13.60,1.15-16.96,2.02-29.94 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),respectively;the average rate of recovery and its RSD were 98.34% and 0.26%,98.43% and 0.56%,98.35% and 0.43%(n=6),respectively;the average contents of oleic acid,linoleic acid and α-octadecatrienoic acid were 19.25%,27.22%,33.26% in three batches’ seed oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim,respectively.CONCLUSION It is proved that the method is simple and feasible,and the results are stable,reliable,and good reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of seed oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.
