产后抑郁患者心理分析及护理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的分析产后患者抑郁心理,探讨针对抑郁患者的综合护理干预措施的实施与效果。方法选取自2009年5月～2010年10月的280例产妇,随机分为观察组(n=140例)和对照组(n=140例)。对两组产妇进行心理抑郁焦虑量表调查,分析产生抑郁的有关因素,同时观察组实施综合护理干预措施,对照组只进行常规护理,比较两组抑郁情况的发生率。结果 280例产后患者,发生产后抑郁162例,发生率57.86%;焦虑135例,发生率48.21%;部分患者抑郁焦虑症状均出现。不同的生育方式、文化程度、职业及年龄组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组采取综合护理措施,效果良好。结论产妇产后发生抑郁的相关影响因素包括不同的生育方式、文化程度、职业及年龄,而实施综合护理及心理干预措施能有效改善产妇在产褥期的抑郁情绪,顺利度过情绪的脆弱阶段,防止产后抑郁症的发生。Objective To analyze the postpartum depression for depression,this paper discusses the psychological willing to the comprehensive nursing intervention measures with the implementation and results.Methods Select our hospital all May 2009 October 2010 of the 280 cases were randomly divided into trial group expectant mothers,（n=140cases） and the control group（n=140cases）.Two groups of maternal psychological anxiety scale investigation,analysis the relevant factors can occur,and the observation group implement comprehensive nursing intervention measures and control routine care,compare only the incidence of two groups of depression.Results 280 cases of postpartum depression occurs,postpartum patients 162 example,zhe rate;Anxiety,48.21% 135 cases of incidence;Partial patient anxiety symptoms were all appear.Different way of regeneration and cultural level,profession and the age group were significantly sex is compared between differences（P〈0.05）.The observation group take comprehensive nursing measures,and the result is good.Conclusion The puerpera paramedics to implement a comprehensive care and psychological intervention measures can effectively improve maternal of depression in puerperium,smooth the fragile stage,spend mood prevent post-natal depression occurs,worth clinical nursing job application.
