摘 要:根据产业梯度转移规律,工业由中国沿海发达地区向内陆欠发达地区转移的趋势不可避免。但工业污染伴随着产业转移也开始从沿海地区向内陆转移,这必将对生态环境原本就相对脆弱的中、西部以及东北地区造成更为严重的环境破坏。实证分析发现,污染转移不仅与污染型行业的转移有关,同时还受到污染排放控制技术的影响,并且污染排放控制技术的提升是实现我国经济、社会与环境三者之间协调发展的关键因素。According to the industrial gradient transfer rule, in China the trend of industry transfer form developed coastal areas to inland less developed areas is inevitable. But the industrial pollution begins to transfer with the industry from the coastal areas to inland, which will cause more serious damage to the middle, west and northeast where the original ecological environment is relatively fragile. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the pollution transfer in different region in recent years. Through the empirical analysis in this paper, we found that the pollution transfer is not only relative with the transfer of the polluting industry, but also by the impact of pollution control technology. To enhance the emissions control technology is a key factor for the realization of China's economic, social and environmental coordinated development.
