摘 要:提出了一种基于数字控制的具有高频链的200 W正弦波逆变电源的设计方法.正弦波逆变电源由一种新的全桥移相DC/DC软开关变换器和DC/AC周波变换器级联构成.介绍并分析了全桥移相DC/DC变换器软开关的实现方法和设计注意事项,以及全桥移相DC/DC变换器一个开关周期内的6个电路拓扑变换过程.提出了一种基于瞬时无功功率理论实现DC/AC周波变换器的新的控制方法,并给出了其控制原理框图.最后利用PSIM软件对整体电路进行了仿真,仿真结果表明符合理论分析的结果.A 200 W sine wave inverter with a high-frequency link based on digital control is designed.This method designs the sine wave in inverter constitutes by one kind of new full-bridge phase shifting DC/DC soft switch converter cascaded with the DC/AC cycle converter.The realizable method about soft switch technology in the full-bridge phase shifting DC/DC converter is analyzed with attention paid to some key design problems.The six circuit topological transformation process in the full-bridge phase shifting DC/DC converter switching period is also analyzed.A kind of new control method based on the instant reactive power theory for the DC/AC cycle converter is proposed,and its control principle block diagram is given with the performance explained.Finally,the PSIM software is used to carry on the simulation to the integrated circuit.The simulation result indicates its conformity to the theoretical analysis result.
