前列腺增生并发膀胱结石的治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)并发膀胱结石安全、高效的的手术方法。方法:采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)加膀胱镜钬激光碎石治疗BPH并膀胱结石患者85例,并分析其效果。结果:所有患者均一次手术成功,除5例膀胱粘膜有散在充血外,未出现严重并发症,随访6个月,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均9.0分。结论:TURP结合膀胱镜钬激光碎石是治疗BPH并发膀胱结石的一种安全、有效的手术方法。Objective：To study the operating method of treating patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and bladder calculi.Methods： 85 cases of BPH complicated with bladder calculi were treated with transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） and holmium laser.Postoperative outcomes were analysed.Results： All 85 cases were successfully treated.No perforation of bladder and urethral stricture（stenosis） occurred.No severe complications,except 5 cases appeared hemorrhagic spot of bladder mucous membrane.Through international prostate symptom score（IPSS） evaluation after six months of follow-up.Mean IPSS score was 9.0 points.Conclusion： TURP and holmium laser for the treatment of BPH and bladder calculi are safe and effective.
