摘　　要：90°转向装置是浮法玻璃生产线冷端转向输送的专用设备,用于将成品玻璃板转向输送到支线辊道或气垫桌上。文章介绍了一种多通道90°转向装置,是基于平板玻璃轮式转向装置进行的改进,它既满足纵切一刀时2片玻璃板的同时转向输送,也满足纵切两刀时3片玻璃板的同时转向输送。90 degree steering gear is a kind of special steering conveying equipment in cold end of float glass production line,used for conveying finished glass sheets to branch roll or air cushion.This paper introduces one kind of multi-channel 90 degree steering gear obtained by improving flat glass wheel type steering device,which can meet not only steering conveying of two glass sheets at the same time when one longitudinal cutting is made,but also steering conveying of three glass sheets at the same time when two longitudinal cutting is made.
