梧州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价梧州市实施世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目的效果。方法收集并分析梧州市2003~2010年结核病防治资料。结果梧州市加强了结核病控制工作,传染源发现和治疗效果逐年提高,7年来共发现初治涂阳病人6 022例,初治涂阳患者登记率从2003年的3.7/10万上升到2010年的27.5/10万,初治涂阳病人治愈率从2004年的72.5%上升到2010年的94.9%。结论梧州市实施世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目已取得显著成效。Objective To evaluate the results of tuberculosis control project with World Bank/British loan in Wuzhou City.Methods The report and forms of tuberculosis control project from 2003 to 2010 in Wuzhou City were collected and analyzed.Results The rates of source of infection and therapeutic results were inceassed year after year.Totally 6 022 sputum posisitive tuberculosis cases were detected and initially treated in the last senven years in Wuzhou.Ther registration rate of initially treated sputum positive cases increased from 3.7/100 000 in 2003 to 27.5/100 000 in 2010.The cure rate of initially treated sputum positive cases increased from 72.5% in 2003 to 94.9% in 2010.Conclusions Marked results have been gained in tuberculosis control in Wuzhou City after implementation of tuberculosis project with World Bank and British loan.
