摘　　要：目的采用细菌脂多糖(LPS)对原代培养的BALB/c小鼠大脑皮质小胶质细胞进行刺激,检测小胶质细胞IL-1bI、L-6和TNF-α等细胞因子的基因表达情况。方法分离纯化小胶质细胞,采用1μg/ml LPS刺激24h,再采用RT-PCR检测IL-1bI、L-6和TNF-a mRNA表达水平。结果体外培养的小胶质细胞经LPS刺激后,细胞因子IL-1bI、L-6和TNF-a mRNA表达水平明显上调。结论 LPS活化的小胶质细胞可产生大量的炎性细胞因子。Objective To investigate the productions of inflammatory cytokines by primary cultured BALB/c cortical microglia after being treated with LPS.Methods The purified microglia was cultured and then treated by LPS for 24h.The gene expressions of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-were detected by RT-PCR.Results Compared with the untreated control group,the active microglia could express high levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-mRNA after treatment with LPS（P0.05）.Conclusion After being stimulated by LPS,the microglia could be activated and produce high level of inflammatory cytokines.
