摘　　要：中国共产党的"三农"政策历经90年的风雨演变,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训,梳理探讨"三农"政策的演变走向,科学总结其中的经验与启示,对于进一步解决当前农村的改革与发展,实现全面小康与和谐社会,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。The three-agriculture policies of the Communist Party of China,which has undergone evolution of 90 years,not only have suc-cess experiences,but also have failure lesson.It has important theoretic significance and physical value to further resolve the rural reform and development and realize well-off and harmonious society,that discusses the evolution trend,summarize their experience and enlightenment of the three-agriculture policies of Communist Party of China.
