摘　　要：目的探讨Y型钢板内固定在老年肱骨髁间骨折治疗中的疗效。方法将收治的139例50岁以上肱骨髁间骨折患者分为保守治疗组、K氏针组和Y型钢板组,分别采用手法复位联合小夹板固定、K氏针或K氏针张力带固定、Y型钢板固定,随访10个月后对肘关节功能行Cassebaum评分并进行统计学比较。结果手术内固定组的肘关节功能评分均显著性优于保守治疗组,Y型钢板的肘关节功能评分又显著性的优于K氏针组(P<0.05)。结论 Y型钢板内固定肱骨髁间骨折是一种治疗肱骨髁间骨折有效的骨折内固定方法。Objective To explore the effect of treatment intercondylar fracture of humerus of old patient by Y plate.Method The 139 patients of intercondylar fracture of humerus were divided into group of conversation treatment,group of fixation by K-wiring or combined with strain band and group of fixation by Y plate.Followed up 10 months,the function of elbow joint be graded by Cassebaum method and score compared statistically.Result The score of elbow joint of groups of operation is significantly higher than group of conversation treatment.The score of elbow joint of group of fixation by Y plate is statistically higher than group of fixation by K-wiring.Conclusion Inner fixation of intercondylar fracture of humerus by Y plate is an effective method.
